Orders & Purchases

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and complete payment. We'll process your order, provide shipping updates, and help resolve any issues that arise.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. AZAL is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every AZAL piece to fit and feel right.

• Damaged or defective items: We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or unfit to wear, provided the original item can be returned.

• Sizing issues: Size exchanges are available subject to stock. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items back for sizing exchanges. AZAL covers reasonable return shipping costs for verified defects or damage.

• Refunds: All sales are final unless a refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

All exchanges require the original item to be returned before a replacement is issued. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we'll work with you to find a suitable resolution.

To request an exchange, contact azalwears@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos for damaged or defective items.

All designs, images, branding, product names, and other original content on this website belong to AZAL and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
